What is GPMDB
The Global Proteome Machine Database was constructed to utilize the information obtained by GPM servers
to aid in the difficult process of validating peptide MS/MS spectra as well as protein coverage patterns.
This database has been integrated into GPM server pages, allowing users to quickly compare their
experimental results with the best results that have been previously observed by other scientists.
Or search by data set keywords:
|
Enter the GPM number for the data that you wish to access.
GPM numbers are in the format "GPMdddxnnnnnnnn" where:
- "ddd"
is the 3 digit identifier for the GPM installation used; and
-
"nnnnnnnn" is the 8 digit serial number for that data set.
Enter keywords to search for in the notes supplied with the data sets.
Multiple words will return results with all words.

Caveat emptor ⚠️
Many datasets/papers contain serious errors in their metadata/methods sections. When using data from repositories, it is important to be
skeptical of any experimental parameter (cell line, tissue type, modification reagents, quantitation methods, etc.) that may impact on your
use of the data. We have corrected for as many of these errors as we could detect, but there is no way to be sure that we found them all.
